The westbound lanes of Interstate 90 south of Sheridan have been reopened to traffic after being closed since July 8 because of a landslide.
The Wyoming Department of Transportation says normal two-way, two-lane interstate traffic has resumed.
The Sheridan Press reports that since the landslide occurred, all traffic was split and shifted to the east bound lanes, and speeds were reduced.
WYDOT says a contractor removed 112,000 cubic yards of debris and replaced it with lightweight backfill material to repair the slide.
