Wyoming Water Development staff is asking the state water commission recommend approval of $300,000 under the dams and reservoirs program for an upper Green River watershed study. The commission meets today in Casper, and its recommendations are the basis for action by the Legislature’s Select Water Committee. The legislative committee meets Friday, also in Casper, and recommends action to the full Legislature.
