Autopsy pending on potential copper heir in Wyo.

Autopsy results are pending for a man who was a potential heir to a disputed copper fortune and whose body was found under a railroad overpass in remote Wyoming. Lt. Bill Jeffers of the Evanston Police Department said Wednesday that 60-year-old Timothy Gray may have died of exposure. A toxicology report could take weeks. Gray's body was found last Thursday in Evanston, near the Utah border, by children who were sledding. Gray was related to the late Huguette Clark, heiress to a Montana copper fortune. He possibly stood to inherit millions, but Clark's estate is being disputed in court. Lawyer John Morken represents Gray's three siblings and other relatives. He says the family lost touch with Gray around 1990.
