U.S. Rep. Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming says she has introduced a bipartisan bill that could help resolve the ongoing issue of how to finance the purchase of state-owned land inside Grand Teton National Park. The legislation introduced Friday would reauthorize a federal program that allows the Bureau of Land Management to sell public lands and use the proceeds for buying other land. Lummis says the money could be used to buy Wyoming's land in Grand Teton without adding to the national debt.
