Wyoming Gov. Matt Mead has announced the membership of the nine-member board of directors responsible for setting up the state lottery. The Wyoming Legislature this year authorized the lottery. Mead says the board members are leaders in the state in their areas of expertise.
Members are:
Dave Bonner, publisher of the Powell Tribune.
Brian Scott Gamroth, morning host on K2 radio in Casper.
Jim Griffin of Casper, a former state technology worker.
Mark Macy, a Cheyenne lawyer.
Gerry Marburger, a CPA from Riverton.
Ross Newman, a rancher and banker from Torrington.
Barry Sims, of Cheyenne, former head of Taco John's International.
Erin Taylor, of Cheyenne, head of the Wyoming Taxpayers Association.
Jim Whalen, the Teton County Sheriff.
