Green River Suspends Search for City Administrator; Now Pursuing New Form of Government

The City of Green River has decided to suspend the search for a new adminstrator and will now pursue changing the current form of city government. Mayor Hank Castillion says they are only in the beginning stages of the process.

Castillion says the city has been under the Charter Ordinance form of government since 1989. They will now consider several different forms of government and Castillion says the public can get involved.

That workshop will be held on May 8th at 6:30 PM. Castillion says they will also be placing information on the different forms of government on their website and on Facebook within the next couple of days.
