A Cheyenne man was arrested Friday and charged with teaching his 15-year-old son how to smoke methamphetamine, then using the drug with him. Officials from the Wyoming Department of Family Services, along with Laramie County sheriff's deputies, went to the apartment of 56-year-old Stephen Rachel after they received a report alleging drug use in the residence, according to sheriff's department spokesman Gerry Luce. When they questioned Rachel, he admitted to using meth and teaching his son how to smoke it with him. Rachel was charged with child endangerment and delivery of meth. He's being held at the Laramie County Sheriff's Department Detention Facility on a $2,500 bond.
