Rock Springs Fire Department Offers Special Carbon Monoxide Detector Program

The Rock Springs Fire Department is continuing to help protect the citizens of Rock Springs through a special program geared toward the dangers of carbon monoxide. Fire Chief Lyle Armstrong warns that having a carbon monoxide detector in your home could save your life.

With the financial support of Tetra Tech and the aid of the Home Depot, the Rock Springs Fire Department was able to obtain a limited number of CO alarms.

To find out if you qualify for the program or to get more information on carbon monoxide poisoning, call the Rock Springs Fire Department at 307-352-1475. Supplies are limited, so those who can purchase an alarm are asked to do so.
