That man wanted by the FBI for a shooting and kidnapping in Idaho is now in custody. Mitchell Lee Walck was found in Bismarck, North Dakota after unlawfully entering a parked semi and climbing into the sleeper cab. Walck pulled a gun on the owner of the semi and then fled on foot. He was caught and arrested a short time later. No injuries were reported.
