Wyoming snowpack 90% of normal

Wyoming's snowpack enters this week much better than it was at this time last year. The Natural Resources Conservation Service in Casper says the snowpack is 90% of normal. That is down from last week's statewide average of 99%. However, at this time last year, the drought had sapped Wyoming's snowpack down to 47% of average.
