The Bureau of Land Management Rock Springs Field Office invites individuals, families and groups to participate in its annual National Public Lands Day event on Saturday, Sept. 7 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Shelley Gregory says that the Rock Springs Field Office has held many successful National Public Lands Day events in the past and appreciates the continued support of the community.
Children must be at least eight years old to volunteer. Lunch will be provided at the Three Patches picnic grounds by the adjacent land owner, Sweeney Ranch.
