Sweetwater School District Number Two Speech and Debate teams can boast high rankings this year. Activities Director Tom Wilson says the repeating state champions of the last five years can give a lot of credit to their coaches.
The Wolves Speech and Debate teams are starting out this year rated number one both in district and state. Wilson says a lot of hard work goes into those ratings.
Not only are they ranked as number one in the state, this year they are starting out ranked 98th in the nation out of 3089 teams. You can watch the kids at work. A meet will be held in Green River this fall with the date to be announced.
