Ron Franscell, an author who grew up in Wyoming will be visiting the Rock Springs Library tonight at 7 PM. Franscell wrote the Darkest Night based on a horrific crime that took place in Casper. Cindy Moore, head of circulation and reference at the library, says one of Franscell's most recent books has a local tie. Franscell also recently released The Sourtoe Cocktail Club which is based on a trip he took with his son to the Yukon. Franscell will be signing books and some will be available for purchase. The event is free and will take place in the Ferrero Room.
