The Bureau of Land Management Rock Springs Field Office has released the 2011 Jack Morrow Hills Coordinated Activity Plan Annual Report. Spokesperson Serena Baker says the RSFO has been in the process of implementing management decisions and actions from the plan since the Record of Decision was signed in 2006 and the report provides an update of implementation actions for 2011.
