Wyoming authorities investigate hog farm complaint

Wyoming authorities are investigating allegations by the Humane Society of the United States that workers abused animals at a Wheatland hog farm. The Humane Society on Tuesday released what it says is an undercover video showing workers abusing pigs at Wyoming Premium Farms in Wheatland. Jimmy Dean Siler, the chief criminal investigator with the Wyoming Livestock Board says his agency is investigating the report, along with the Platte County Sheriff's Office and the Platte County Attorney's Office. The Platte County Attorney's Office says it will release no information on the investigation. No citations have been issued against Wyoming Premium Farms.
