4 to receive UW distinguished alumni awards

The University of Wyoming will give its Distinguished Alumni Award to four people during UW homecoming on Oct. 12. The 2013 recipients are retired Shell executive Thomas Botts; automobile dealer Joseph Drew; law professor and retired UW administrator Joseph R. Geraud; and utility company executive, retired Air Guard colonel and former state auditor Rita Meyer. They will be recognized during the Cowboys' football game against New Mexico.

  1. That's so great! It think it's important to recognize achievements of your former students. These guys now carry your legacy. Of course, it's rather hard to study in a place like this, each course requires a great deal from you. It's nice that students can sort out papers and write essays without breaking a sweat using various web resources today. To be honest, I was hardly a successful student, but essay papers were the best part of my studies. Guess you can't be the best at everything. Anyway, thanks for an interesting post.
